Business Advice and Support

Micro Business Review
The Micro Business Review is an independent, impartial service designed to give your efforts more focus. By analysing your responses to a short questionnaire, we chart an accurate profile of your company’s strengths and weaknesses. Armed with these findings, together we develop an action plan to realise your business potential – both now, and in the weeks and months to come.  For more information click here  The Micro Business Review (PDF 72kb)

Action Learning Groups
Action Learning Groups is a service specifically for Entrepreneurs who wish to grow their business. There is a great deal of research showing true entrepreneurs prefer to learn from and have more confidence in advice and guidance given by their peers rather than traditional sources such as business advisers, text books and training courses. By meeting like-minded individuals monthly, you will benefit from their experiences, advice and ideas. In addition GlosEBS is able through its extensive networking, to provide the right advice, the right contact at the right time and all for only £150 + VAT.

However this is often difficult for the sole trader or small management team who are heavily involved in the day to day running of the business.
